METAPOR® Block Material

METAPOR® is a trademark of our micro porous block materials. It’s a composite material consisting of two major components. Our materials are air- permeable all over the entire surface, because of its micro-porous structure.

METAPOR® porous materials have a steady and homogenous air distribution and make sure that your product produced out of it will meet the highest requirements.

You can choose between a wide variety of different METAPOR® products:

• Different types of granules, such as aluminium, stainless steel or ceramic are being used in various applications.
• The pore sizes, high mechanical strength, air permeability, high temperature stability and other technical characteristics are important factors.

The machinability of METAPOR® is excellent. It is possible to machine METAPOR® with usual CNC- machines. In contrast to sintered materials, the pores aren’t clogged after machining. Due to its naturally porosity, there is no need to drill holes in it. Many different METAPOR® types are available to solve your challenge.
